Not only was I able to be seen immediately but the receptionist was friendly. All the staff at this location is helpful and professional. My glasses were ordered and in within ten days. I was emailed and able to pick them up the same day. They were a perfect fit. I was encouraged that if I ever have a problem with fit and want an adjustment no appointment is needed. The follow up phone call to check on my glasses was a wonderful surprise. Your office has really upped its game. Nice job Professional Vision Services- Hilliard.
